     THE  FIRST:  Many believe that Christian Post was one  of  the
     first  recorded  Europeans in our  valley.  He  wrote  in  his
     journal  in the late 1850s, " we came to Kiskemeneco,  an  old
     Indian town", likely referring to Kiskiminetas Old Towne  near
     the  present-day Kiski Valley Water Pollution authority.  Read
