     Plum   Peoples:   The   Monongahela,  Iroquois,   Algonquian,
     Cherokee,  Seneca, Erie, Shawnee and Delaware tribes  briefly
     lived  in  the hills and woodlands of Plum. Later,  the  same
     land for centuries provided a common hunting ground for those
     Native American tribes. Major trails across Plum such as  the
     Frankstown   Path  developed  from  their  use.   Read   more

     The Continental Singers in Concert
     The  Continental  Singers, an internationally known  Christian
     singing group, will be performing a free concert at the  First
     United  Methodist Church of Vandergrift on Thursday, March  11
     at  7:00PM. The theme for their concert is: Airborne: Reaching
     For   A   Higher  Purpose.  Their  concert  will  consist   of
     contemporary  music blended with traditional  favorites  along
     with choreography. The Continentals range in age from 16 to 28
