     KISKI  BREAKS THRU LEECHBURG DAM: The dam burst at  Leechburg
     on  the  PA  Canal  in 1831. The Kiski had  gone  on  another
     flooding  rampage. The rebuilding job was given to a Tarentum
     man, Thomas Neil, who agreed to rebuild another dam below the
     old   one  for  nearly  $16,000  in  1831  money.  Read  more
