     OUR LOCAL HERITAGE
     www.alle-kiskitoday.com

BESTSELLER: The tax records show that Isaac David was taxed
on his business as a bookbinder in the Leechburg/Allegheny
Township area. But he was taxed in 1807, when the area was
sparsely settled with very few businesses, and Leechburg did
not even exist. Nothing else is known about Mr. David and his
books, or who wrote them or read them. Read more interesting
history by clicking on “Our Local Heritage” online.
