     The  Mound Builders were some of the first inhabitants of the
     Kiski  Valley.  Traces of their existence,  including  mounds
     near Kittanning and South Buffalo, prompted later Indians who
     preceded European settlers to call the Builders "Allegewi."

        Parks  Township,  says  they  are  currently  looking   for
        volunteers  to  work  along  with  the  Emergency  Disaster
