     CYBER SECURITY
     According  to  a report released by the Computer  Science  and
     Telecommunications  Board  (part  of  the  National   Research
     Council),  computer  systems within the  US  are  increasingly
     vulnerable  to cyber attacks.  They say that this is  in  part
     due  to  companies not implementing security measures  already
     available.  They estimate that corporations spent around $12.3
     billion  to clean up computer virus damage in 2001.   To  read

     According  to  a  recent study, 55% of adults online  paid  at
     least  one visit to government websites last year.  Of  those,
